Story: A middle aged patient was referred to our surgical colleagues for low anterior resection. This was resected using endoscopic mucosal resection to avoid surgery. Position: Right lateral position made the polyp dependent. Initially tried with an EGD scope; as the needle came out in the left lower corner, changed to a pediatric colonoscope which made it easy to resect as the needle came out of the right lower corner.
