Problem: 3 cm cecal polyp in a patient with ileal conduit after bladder cancer surgery.
Plan: Colonoscopy with EMR to avoid colon surgery.
Resection: Piecemeal resection followed by APC of the edges and clip closure. Since the patient is from out of state, decided to apply clips at short intervals to reduce the risk of delayed bleeding. There is no data on how tight the closure should be to prevent delayed bleeding.
