Laparoscopic left salpingo-oopherectomy because of torsioned 15cm left adnexal mass. 39 years old patient presented with lower abdominal pain for 2 days. She has got 4 children and also she wants tuba ligation. The mass was removed out of the abdomen using hand-made endobag. In this operation video was minimal edited, and only two ancillary trocar used.
