This video demonstrates on a pork belly model the proper way to place and tie a lock stitch suture. The laceration portrayed in this video was taken by myself. The patient severely injured his index finger and hand by cutting it on a table saw. Luckily he had no injury to the nerves or arteries that run down the side of the finger. I apologize my cameraman did not press the record button for the actual repair (new guy!!) Watch the whole thing to see pictures of the repair at the end of the video. Enjoy!
