T4 cancer cervix with infiltration into Urinary Bladder needs Removal of Urinary bladder and cervix Laparoscopically, with formation of Ileostomy . There is no compromise in clearance of tumor . 5 ports are used , camera port in supra-umbilical and 2 working ports in right Iliacc fossa and 2 assisting ports on left side
