46 year old man with terrible pain in the groin every day since his mesh hernia surgery two years ago. Acupuncture helped a little but nothing else worked at all. He had to give up all the activities that he loves. At surgery the ilioinguinal and iliohypograstic nerves were involved. The prognosis is good for this patient after mesh removal.
