This patient presented to us after 45 days of onset of pancreatitis. She was in severe sepsis. CT scan showed a huge fluid collection with necrotic material in lesser sac bulging onto transverse mesocolon. Laparoscopic drainage of cyst with necrosectomy was performed as an emergency procedure.
