Great teaching case: This 22-24wk hysterectomy was performed as a live case for an Advanced Course in Austin; key points: large but MOBILE, early colpotomy, posterior dissection to isolate uterine vessels and lateralize ureters safely and reproducibly - pay particular attention to the subtle broad ligament component on the right side - never use a HUG and PRAY technique ;) !!
