65 year old woman presented with abdominal pain . A left Ovarian cyst was present. A total laparoscopic hysterectomy and left oophorectomy was performed with omental biopsy. The right adnexa was removed 20 years ago for an ectopic pregnancy by laparotomy , hence the extensive adhesions to the abdominal wall. Histology revealed a benign pathology and she became pain free.
