65 year old woman presented with vague right upper abdominal discomfort. Investigations revealed a giant liver cyst occupying a significant part of the right lobe. This video demonstrates laparoscopic de-roofing of this large liver cyst. A concomitant cholecystectomy was also performed for cholelithiasis. Patient had an uneventful recovery and was discharged on day 3.
