Patient: Middle aged patient with sigmoid colon cancer and multiple ascending colon polyps; underwent sigmoid colectomy for cancer.
Lesion: LST - Granular tumor in the ascending colon
Injection: 8 cc of saline with Methylene Blue
Snare Resection: 15 mm snare; en-bloc resection
Bleeding: Brisk arterial bleeding controlled with hemostatic forceps
APC of the edge to prevent recurrence
Clip Closure - to prevent post-procedure bleeding.
