Example of a cholecystitis in an patient with hepatic cirrhosis.
Found great amount of adhesions at the begining of the procedure, during the infundibulun dissection the duodenum was attached to the cystic duct, and was released with monopolar hook dissection.
The Cystic artery was cauterized and the duct was ligated with intra-abdominal vycril 0 knots. Gallbladder was extracted using a handmade endobag. Patient discharged to home next day.
