Modified Toupet's became the procedure of choice for the surgical management of GERD at Dr. Yerdel's centre since 2012. A straightforward repair of large hiatal defect throıugh which 1/3rd of the stomach was herniated causing sub-obstruction (evident in Dr. Yerdel's gastroscopy which is also shared) is presented in this un-cut video.
