(Language:Englich/French). Right revision tympanoplasty following previous failed surgery with prosthesis dislocation. Middle ear exploration reveals a dislocated titanium TORP which was positioned directly underneath the tympanic membrane with cartilage interposition. The malleus was not used by the previous surgeon. After prosthesis' removal and dissection of the vein graft which was interposed on the mobile footplate a posterior stapedectomy is identified. A vein graft is interposed over the footplate. Ossiculoplasty is performed with a Vincent-Grace HA-Teflon TORP which is positioned underneath the malleus which is reolcated (malleus-to-stapedectomy procedure).
