Laparoscopic right ovarian 15 cm endometrioma removal was performed by Dr.Osman BALCI. Patient was 29 years old and virgin. She was admitted with pelvic pain and severe dysmenorrhea. In abdominal ultrasound 15 cm intensive echoic right adnexal mass was seen. During laparoscopy, endometrioma was stripped from the ovary and capsule was taken out of abdomen. In this operation three trocar (optical and two ancillary) was used. Patient was discharged from the hospital postoperative first day.
