This patient clinically unstable with gastric outlet obstruction was taken for diagnosctic lap and proceed for ca stomach.we found a huge tumour along the lesser curve.he was not suitable candidate for resection clinically,the assessment for gastrojejunostomy was done we found less space left for a successful anastomosis.we decided to do feeding jejunostomy.the technical considerations are shown in this video
