Video shows a laparoscopic hernia surgery of a 46 years old man, that had pain in the inguinal region after strengh associatad with inguinal mass on the right side. Surgery was performed following TEP (totally extraperitoneal) approach, no dissector baloon was used to get the preperitoneal space (instead, blunt dissection with the optics was performed and showed with the help of a GoPro Hero 4 Silver (all the details of how to achieve the preperitoneal space required to perform such surgery are showed!). After complete dissection, 3 possible kinds of hernia of the inguinal region were identified: Right Side: Direct + Indirect + Femoral / Left side: Indirect Hernia. Two meshs, 15x15 were placed at the end of the procedure. Patient had a good evolution.
