Technically challenging laparoscopic removal of a right renal cancer (sum of PADUA score 11) is showed on this real-time, full-length video. This film demonstrates our technique of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy: en-bloc hilar control with "self made" tourniquet, "cold knife" tumour excision, double layer deep suturing, early "unclamping" and parenchymal reconstruction over an oxidized cellulose bolster.
