Laparoscopic Hartmann reversal and minimally invasive end-colostomy take down in a 39 years old female patient after laparoscopic Hartmann colonic resection for severe acute diverticulitis and a with a previously placed midline intraperitoneal ventral mesh.
Note the patient had a previous midline dual-mesh placed laparoscopically for umbilical hernia repair and the procedure is approached from the lateral right side.
