Adult male was brought to this hospital with the complaints of severe pain abdomen showing abdominal distension with generalized tenderness. Ultrasound revealed free fluid in the abdomen and CT Abdomen revealed diverticulitis with ? perforation. Diagnostic Laparoscopy done showing pus in the abdominal cavity with dense adhesions of colon with abdominal wall, adhenolysis done and no obvious perforation seen. Drains kept in the abdominal cavity in Pelvis and Morrison's pouch.
