Only regular instruments were use, all the dissection was made with monopolar hook, the appendix base was ligated with handmade endoloops and intracorporeal knot (due to contamination of the knotpusher during the procedure). At the end of the surgery, minimum blood loss were observed.
Clinical Presentation: 32 years old male, pain in the lower right quadrant of the abdomen for 2 days, ultrasound showed appendicitis.
