经腹膜方式的好处如下：
- 预先存在的操作空间，
- 放置套管容易。

外腹膜方式的好处如下：
- 不会受到腹膜内器官的影响；
- 肠道损伤风险最小；
- 若有之前的手术造成的腹膜内沾黏时也容易进行手术。

经腹膜方式的缺点如下：
-受到腹膜内器官的影响；
- 肠道损伤风险；
- 腹膜内沾黏时会有困难。

外腹膜方式的缺点如下：
-需要创造操作空间，
-淋巴囊肿的风险较大。
