(Language: English/French): Right revision tympanoplasty following previous partial ossicular reconstruction (PORP) with lateralization of the tympanic membrane (TM). TM lateralization increases abnormally the distance from the malleus to the stapes footplate thus increasing the risk of prosthesis dislocation. In that case ossiculoplasty is preferably made with a TORP which is positioned from the malleus to the stapes footplate despite the presence of a stapes arch allosing for the use of a long prosthesis (7.00mm length in this case) with the silastic banding technique (Vincent Alto Grace TORP).
