重建听骨链重建（TORP）修订

(Language: English/French). Right revision ossiculoplasty with total ossicular replacement prosthesis (TORP) following previous failed autograft incus. Middle ear exploration reveals a dislocated incus autograft with stapes head erosion. Ossiculoplasty is performed with a Grace Alto Vincent TORP with malleus relocation. The silastic banding technique cannot be properly used in this case as the stapes head is totally eroded.
