This video presents a technique of performing a postpartum bilateral salpingectomy via mini-laparotomy. The fallopian tubes may be the source of serous ovarian carcinomas. Hence, salpingectomy should be considered during sterilization. The Alexis retractor and the LigaSure Impact provide excellent visualization and hemostasis, respectively, potentially making a bilateral salpingectomy a feasible and available option for postpartum women.
