This is a penile implant placed in a man with extensive corporal fibrosis in the penile shaft. Extended incisions are made on the erectile chambers, with the plaque incised and cylinders placed. Ultimately the device fits well and the Peyronie's is repaired. The risk of injury to the urethra is negated with careful incision of the plaque.
