Laparoscopic Myomectomy (Posterior uterine myoma) by Dr Osman BALCI . In this case, because of the posteriorly myoma the myomectomy and uterus suturation is very difficult. In this operation only three trocar (optical and two ancillary) was used. After laparoscopic myomectomy most women are discharging from the hospital the same or after day.
