腹腔镜下粘连肠管损伤修复及子宫内膜异位囊肿摘除术

Laparoscopic adhesiolysis, two layer bowel injury repair, right salpingectomy and two endometrioma extirpation performed by Dr.Osman BALCI. The patient was 40 years old and infertile. She has been operated for endometriosis and endometrioma at the another center. There was right hydrosalpinx and also severe adhesion between uterus, adnexal area and bowel. After extirpation of the first endometrioma at the left adnexal area second was not visible and confirmed by trans vaginal USG during operation, and it was extirpated. In this operation three trocar was used (optical and two ancillary). She was discharged from the hospital any problem postoperative sixth day.
