Giant ileocecal valve polyp extending into the terminal ileum and cecal base. Polyp estimated to be 10 cm in size. Complete endoscopic resection performed using piecemeal wide-field EMR technique. Final pathology showed tubulovillous adenoma with high grade dysplasia and a 1 cm focus of invasive malignancy. Patient was taken to surgery and underwent a right hemicolectomy, confirming complete endoscopic resection.
