Colonoscopy-多微妙的扁平病变 - EMR+热活检撕脱

Patient: Middle aged patient with multiple adenomas; nearly 20 adenomas were removed in the past 1-2 year, most of them were large.
Plan: To remove multiple small flat lesions clustered in the sigmoid colon over 10 cm segment to avoid segmental colectomy that was suggested to her.
Technique: EMR + Hot biopsy avulsion after submucosal injection.
