Nullipara presenting with large 4cm nodule infiltrating:
- posterior vagina on 3 cm
- mid rectum on 4 cm, at 8 cm above the anus
She also had 2.5cm bladder nodule and 4cm left ovarian endometrioma cyst.
We performed combined vaginal-laparoscopical-transanal approach:
- excision of posterior vagina
- resection of the bladder
- plasmaJet ablation of ovarian endometrioma
- and the Rouen technique: deep shaving using plasmaJet enabling large transnal disc excision usin Contour transtar stapler
operative time : 4h
