Dr Pravin John, Dr John Thanakumar ANURAG HOSPITAL, Coimbatore demonstrate surgery in a patient with symptomatic left inguinal hernia. He at surgery had incidental 3 other hernia including bilateral femoral and right direct inguinal hernia. Repair was done using prolene mesh with tackers. Laparoscopy helps to delineate all the groin hernial orifices clearly unlike open surgery.
