升结肠EMR

Patient: Elderly patient with an ascending colon polyp - referred for surgery.
Lesion: Patient in left lateral position - the endoscope kept slipping as it came close to the lesion and it was difficult to assess the full extent of the lesion. Change the position of the patient to supine position and lesion lends itself for a good view and makes it amenable for resection.
