rtapp脐疝修补术与腹直肌折叠术

This case is unedited video of a 57 y/o male with a recurrent umbilical hernia (after primary repair last year). This case shows our approach to concomitant hernias with associated diastasis recti. We utilize the rTAPP technique followed by plication of diastasis, closure of defect, and reinforcement with uncoated mesh.
