Gallbladder stones occur more frequently in obese. Rapid weight loss after a bariatric procedure is also associated with increased risk for developing new gall stones. For this reason; many centers (also us) adopted a policy to give oral bile salts during the follow-up of bariatric patients. The case presented herein refused to take oral bile salts & developed tiny stones & sludge 7 months after a sleeve gastrectomy & suffered from biliary colic. Liver enzyme elevations was evaluated by MRCP & ERCP became unnecessary. We tried to pin point all the details regarding how to avoid inadvertent biliary injuries in this "unedited" video by Prof Yerdel..
