A 38 years old lady suffering heavy menstrual flow, she is also a diabetic patient on insulin treatment. she is married for 12 years having no conceptions. examination revealed a posterior wall subserous myoma which is multi lobulated measuring about 8x10cm. a decision for minimally invasive surgery was taken.
histopathological study revealed a benign leiomyoma.
