TAPP修复TEP复发左腹股沟疝

Patient has a left symptomatic recurrent inguinal hernia after a TEP repair performed 16 months ago. We did a TAPP repair. We did not close peritoneum at the end of the procedure based on experimental and clinical studies and on our own experience that demonstrate better results with this approach- if done properly- than with closure.
