This patient has had multiple (more than 5) replacements, revisions, and infections, and now has nothing in his penis at all. This can be the most difficult of all implant procedures. Watch how a space is made, length and girth obtained, and a ventral phalloplasty gives a better cosmetic result. In the end, a wide girth device is placed with good symmetry and much of his length restored.
