Colonoscopy- Double Breast Clip Closure of a Large EMR Defect

Lesion: Sessile serrated adenoma occupying 2.5 folds hemi-circumferential lesion in the ascending colon; removed by piecemeal EMR.
Defect Closure: Clips (Cook Clips).
Technique of Closure: Double Breast Clip Closure
Tip: Keep the colon decompressed by taking away the biopsy port cap. Take time to close starting from the middle of the defect to one edge; then take the other edge and bring it over.
