搭接LAR TME出血主动脉和肠系膜血管

74 years old patient. Tumor T2 in middle rectum.
I just started practicing laparoscopic technique of TME.
You can immediately see the errors in surgical technique - lack of traction, insufficient use tool assistant for traction, sometimes dangerous and rough use of monopolar hook in the pelvis.
Mesentery of the small intestine and aorta (6:58 min) were most likely damaged the Veress needle.
Operation was finished by laparoscopically.
It was the last operation using the Veress needle.
