结肠镜检查，升结肠病变平板切除 - 前切除术失败

A middle aged patient underwent partial resection of a flat lesion that resulted in tethering of the lesion to the wall. This lesion was resected after submucosal injection, followed resection under water immersion. I tried to show the steps without editing the key steps; the lesion was treated with APC followed by clip closure of the defect. Took over an hour.
