Consultants Professor Peter Lodge, Mr Raj Prasad and Mr Giles Toogood present a series of cases requiring various techniques involving the inferior vena cava (IVC) at hepatic resection. Professor Peter Lodge narrates on a number of cases to highlight important steps such as total vascular exclusion, veno-veno bypass, hypothermic perfusion, IVC replacement and ex vivo hepatic resection. Cases include hepatocellular, cholangiocellular carcinoma and colorectal liver metastasis.
