colon : up to the caecum , fresh blood seen in the lumen occupied the whole lumen from the rectum to the caecum single diverticulum can be detected .
conclusion : diverticular bleeding is possible cause for ct angiogram & surgical consultation
Elderly female present with sever bleeding per rectum for that reason received blood transfusion.upper endoscopy was normal. Colonoscopy done after 24th from presentation show obvious diverticulum which may implicated in her symptom. Injection done follow her for one week was good
