This video describes a surgical treatment of retroperitoneal tumor that was located in ileac region. Patient is 62 years old man
who complained of severe pain in the right iliac region, including when he was walking. No signs of dissemination of disease were found during preoperative investigation. We performed tumor removal with negative margins with muscle resection. Pathological diagnosis - malignant fibrous histiocytoma . Patient passes adjuvant radiotherapy at this moment.
