Early Cholecystectomy In Acute Biliary Pancreatitis with Ranson score 1 at 48 hours. ERCP n CBD clearance with stent placement done on admission day for obstructive jaundice.An interesting intra op finding of Bile in Abdomen with no evidence of Leakage from Gut.Post op convalescence was uneventful n Drainage showed out put of bile about 100 ml and 50 ml per day during first two days ,afterwards reducing gradually to Nil on 7th post op day.Patient was discharged on 2nd post op day n drain removed on 8th post op day on his second F/up visit.the video shows the challenges faced in such a case n how to overcome them.
