In this frozen pelvis TLH BS&O although there was no clear anatomical landmarks evident but by adequate exposure, traction and counter traction all hidden anatomical spaces was dissected off (L) double ureter was identified all DIE at posterior cul de sac was resected and operation was completed in 1h 45 min with least blood loss, patient was discharged next day in satisfactory condition
these operation need not only surgical skills but although trained surgical team, thanks to video laparoscopy that makes all these difficult dissections possible for benefit of suffering patient with least blood loss and faster recovery
