Lap Cholecistectomy - Cystic Ligation - Bloodless
Lap Cholecistectomy using 5mm trocars, monopolar hook for dissection and cystic artery cauterization, maryland used for cystic duct ligation with vicryl 0 (2 proximal knots and 1 distal),
detachment of the gallbladder before cystic duct seciton. Specimen extracted using hand-made extraction bag (regular glove and cotton wire).
