Here we are showing Laparoscopic CBD exploration with Primary laparoscopic CBD closure after confirming stone clearance in proximal and distal CBD using 3mm Ureterorenoscope (Rigid) instead of flexible choledoscope. This technique has avoided the morbidity related to T-Tube placement and removal and is very helpful in places where ERCP facilities are not available to deal with cholelitiasis and choledocholitiasis in a single operative setting.
