65 yrs female having pain upper abdomen for one day. diagnosed to have diabetes for the first time upon admission. she was operated within 30 hrs of start of pain. though tere was oedema but laparoscopic cholecystectomy could be carried out easily. also note the oedema in mesentry assisting easy dissection og gallbladder off the fossa
