The following educational video will highlight the full unedited review of the laser treatment of a large 65g trilobar prostate. Most often, such prostates are offered standard monoplar TURP, in which a looped electrical knife resects out pieces of tissue. Patients are typically hospitalized for 2-3 days and require continuous bladder irrigation through a 3-way large catheter.

In this case, the patient was discharged the same day as his surgery. As the viewer will see, we are able to provide an enucleation-like defect of the transition zone with excellent hemostasis.
